Come hear the words of Maya Angelou, Edgar Allan Poe, and...Suzanne Somers? Back from the dead and free of the Thighmaster ™. In this reading, six intrepid poemslingers will battle with famous poets’ work, read aloud each other’s signature pieces, and even dip into the “Box of Doom”—a torture method where anything goes, including lyrics, manuals, and poems by Jewel. Expect bloodshed in this battle for the coveted Golden Duck and Cover Trophy. Featuring Daphne Gottleib, Mike Taylor, The Poet –i–, Jonathan Brown, and Casey Gardner. FREE
